Personal History:
I was diagnosed October 2000 after pain in left leg. It has been very difficult finding a doctor that knows anything about melorheostosis. Currently I am seeing a doctor that specializes in arthritis. She thinks
that possibly my pain is from arthritis rather than melorheostosis. My question to anyone that has been diagnosed with melorheostosis is: what
seems to trigger the pain? I'm coming to the conclusion that
either doing too much and/or getting the affected limb cold. I'm very eager to hear
from everyone with this disease.
